Hotel information Redenka Lodge is a three star hotel features 19 luxurious ski apartments with restaurant and Vienna cafe;, bar, 24-Hour Front Desk, central heating, and ski storage. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, kitchenettes which are fully equipped for food preparation, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Sport and Recreation: The hotel offers very large range of sport activities as tennis court, sauna, fitness centre, golf course (within 3 km), skiing, spa & wellness centre, massage, jacuzzi, hammam, ski school, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool.
Services: The following additional services are also available in the hotel: Room Service, Airport Shuttle, Business Centre, Babysitting/Child Services, Currency Exchange, Bicycle Rental, Car Rental. Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge. Free parking is possible on site.

Guests of the hotel can use outdoor and indoor swimming pool and sunbeds by the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, Internet access and parking lot for free.
* Supplement for breakfast - 2 EURO per adult and 1.50 EURO per child (6-12 years old), per day;

Supplements:
- Christmas dinner (optional): 23 Euro per adult person and 12 Euro per child (6-12 years old);
- New Year's Eve dinner (optional): 51 Euro per adult person and 28 Euro per child (6-12 years old);
- Breakfast: 3 EURO per adult and 2 EURO per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Dinner: 8 Euro, per adult and 4 EURO per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Children up to 6 years old get free meal;
- Supplement for return transfer to the Gondola lift in Bansko: 3 Euro, per person, per day;
Maximum occupancy:
1-bedrooom apartment - 4 persons
2-bedrooom apartment - 6 persons
If you are planning to cook your own food and use the cooking facilities (oven, hob, tins, pots and pans - in order to boil, fry or bake food) you must consider that there is an additional one-time charge as follows:
1-bedroom apartment: 15 Euro;
2-bedroom apartment: 20 Euro;
This fee will cover the washing of these facilities as well as the kitchenware and is provided only on check out. The payment of this fee is obligatory.
If you are using only the plates, salad bowls, glasses, forks, knives and spoons, as well as the microwave and the tea/coffee facilities to heat up your food and drinks you will not be charged this additional fee.
Please also note that by default your chambermaid will not wash your cutlery used for food and drinks during your stay. Therefore we kindly ask you to wash your cutlery with detergent and sponge provided, and throw the unnecessarry food in the bin inside the kitchen cupboards just under the sink.
We can provide everyday washing services at additional daily cost of 10 Euros. Please order at the reception desk!
The lighting of a fireplace and wood for 3 hours burninng is a subject to additional charge of 10 Euro. You will be provided with a box of firewood for approx. 3 hours burning. A person from the hotel staff will assist you with starting the fire and will give you instructions against fire accidents;
CANCELLATION:
* Cancellations for bookings can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation.
Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!
Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations! |
