Supplement for breakfast - 2 EURO per adult and 1.50 EURO per child (6-12 years old), per day;

The rates are based on the accommodation of:
- 2 persons in a studio;
- 2 persons in a 1-bedroom apartment;
- 4 persons in a 2-bedroom apartment;

- Christmas dinner: 50 Euro per adult per 25 Euro per child (6-12 years);
- New Year's Eve dinner: 78 Euro per adult per 39 Euro per child (6-12 years);
- Additional bed - 9 EURO per adult per night and 5 EURO, per child between 6-12, per night, BB;
- Children up to 6 years old stay for free;
- Supplement diner served in the restaurant - 8 Euro per adult and 4 Euro per child, per day;

CANCELATION:

* Cancellations for bookings can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation.

Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!

Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
