All apartments have fully fited kitchens with all cooking and eating facilities, spacious living rooms and bedrooms, all bathrooms with bath-tubs.

The whole building and all apartments offer with Wi-Fi Internet connection, cable TV with 40 local and international channels. Underground garages are available too (charge 5 Euros per night). Modern Spa & Sports Complex is offering gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room: can be used for at 5 Euros per person per facility, or 12 Euros for all facilities. Business centre with public Internet, fax, copier, scanners, etc. is at disposal to the guests of Eagle's Nest.

Ski-bus: Own ski-bus is running to and from the Gondola every morning and every afternoon, free of charge for the guests of the complex.

- Christmas dinner: 44 Euro per adult, 22 Euro per child (6-12 years);
- New Year's Eve dinner: 66 Euro per adult, 33 Euro per child (6-12 years);
- Breakfast - 3 EURO per adult and 2 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Dinner - 8 Euro, per adult and 4 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Children up to 6 years old get free meal;
- Return transfer to the Gondola lift in Bansko - 2 Euro, per person, per day;

CANCELATION:

* Cancellations for bookings can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation.

Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!

Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
