Located in the Redenka Place, overlooking the gorgeous Pirin Mountains on the South and the Rila Mountains on the North. Redenka Chalets are approx. 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km from Bansko Golf Course. Our shuttle bus is running to Bansko in the morning (first station of the Gondola) and back in the aftenoon. Guests who wish to visit Bansko or the surrounding areas or towns can use the servcies of the private taxis. We are also organising shopping trips, sightseeing tours, and others on request.

* All prices are in Euro, per night, based on 4 persons on a regular bed and 2 persons on additional bed sharing 2-bedroom apartment, 6 persons on a regular bed and 2 persons on additional bed sharing 3-bedroom apartment.

Guests of the hotel can use outdoor and indoor swimming pool and sunbeds by the pool, Internet access and parking lot for free.

Supplement for breakfast - 3 EURO per adult and 2 EURO per child (6-12 years old), per day;
Supplement for dinner - 8 Euro, per adult and 4 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
* Children up to 6 years old get free meal;
**Supplemet for return transfer to the Gondola lift in Bansko - 3 Euro, per person per day.

2-bedroom chalet - 6 persons
3-bedroom chalet - 8 persons

If you are planning to cook your own food and use the cooking facilities (oven, hob, tins, pots and pans - in order to boil, fry or bake food) you must consider that there is an additional one-time charge as follows:

2-bedroom chalet: 20 Euro.
3-bedroom chalet: 30 Euro.
This fee will cover the washing of these facilities as well as the kitchenware and is provided only on check out. The payment of this fee is obligatory.
If you are using only the plates, salad bowls, glasses, forks, knives and spoons, as well as the microwave and the tea/coffee facilities to heat up your food and drinks you will not be charged this additional fee.
Please also note that by default your chambermaid will not wash your cutlery used for food and drinks during your stay. Therefore we kindly ask you to wash your cutlery with detergent and sponge provided, and throw the unnecessarry food in the bin inside the kitchen cupboards just under the sink.
We can provide everyday washing services at additional daily cost of 10 Euros. Please order at the reception desk!

The lighting of a fireplace and wood for 3 hours burninng is a subject to additional charge of 10 Euro. You will be provided with a box of firewood for approx. 3 hours burning. A person from the hotel staff will assist you with starting the fire and will give you instructions against fire accidents.
